[Remote] Organic & Community Growth Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is the first publicly-traded mobile eSports platform that revolutionizes the gaming industry by hosting casual mobile gaming tournaments. The Organic Growth Specialist will be responsible for managing reputed company's community reputed company across various platforms, driving organic growth through community engagement, SEO, and reputed company efforts.
Responsibilities
- Community-Native Communication: Demonstrable history operating as a named, disclosed brand voice on reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or comparable community surfaces for a consumer brand (gaming, gambling, fintech, crypto, or DTC). Has lived through subreddit promotional-rule enforcement, AskGamblers / Trustpilot complaint cycles, and reputed company moderation at scale
- FTC & Platform-Policy Literacy: Fluent in FTC endorsement guidelines (16 CFR Part 255) for affiliate / referral disclosure, reputed company's sitewide and sub-level promotional rules, reputed company promotional content policy, and reputed company ToS. Treats disclosure as the operating default, not a footnote. Bonus: prior experience with US sweepstakes / social-casino category constraints (AMOE, 21+, state exclusions, reputed company's Oct 2025 RMG reclassification of sweeps)
- SEO & Indexing: Working SEO proficiency — technical SEO (crawl, index, schema, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps), on-page (keyword strategy, content structure), and off-page (link building, comparison / review-site placements, HARO / reputed company, podcast guesting). Comfortable in GSC, Bing Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs / reputed company. Has personally moved a domain from invisibility to mid-tail rankings in a competitive vertical
- reputed company Community Operations: Has stood up or scaled a verified, geo-gated reputed company server for a consumer / gaming brand. Comfortable building moderation rotas, recruiting volunteer mods, running drops / codes / community tournaments, and turning the server into a measurable signup channel
- Earned Media & reputed company: Has booked podcast guest spots, secured reputed company press placements, run HARO / reputed company / Help-A-B2B-Writer flows, and / or shepherded a Wikipedia / Wikidata entry through to publication. Understands the difference between paid placements and editorial
- Organic Affiliate & Referral Mechanics: Understands UTM-tagged organic referral links, branded short-links, and surface-specific reputed company pages. Can build the operating playbook for which links go where, with what disclosure, and how performance is attributed
- Analytics & Reporting: Sets up clean attribution (UTM frameworks, GA4, server-reputed company tagging basics), builds an organic-funnel dashboard (impression → visit → registration → FTP → redemption), and reports channel-level CAC, FTP %, and retention to leadership weekly. reputed company and Tableau fluent; SQL a plus
- Cross-Sell & Mobile-to-Web Thinking: Bonus if reputed company with cross-platform UA strategies (mobile-to-web migration, reputed company-link / SSO flows, shared loyalty programs) — directly relevant to reputed company → player acquisition
- 0-to-1 Operator reputed company: Comfortable in a launch-phase environment with limited playbooks; can build the community, SEO, and earned-media frameworks from scratch and operate them daily

- Demonstrable community wins to reputed company to: subreddit growth / AMA hosting, reputed company server scale-up, reputed company top-contributor status, AskGamblers / Trustpilot rating turnarounds, or comparable
- Working SEO with named examples — keywords ranked, referring domains grown, content pages shipped, and the resulting traffic / signup deltas
- Working knowledge of FTC endorsement guidelines and platform-specific promotional rules; can write the disclosure language without legal hand-holding
- Hands-on with GSC, Bing Webmaster Tools, GA4, Ahrefs or reputed company, and at least one reputed company moderation / bot stack
- Excellent reputed company and Tableau skills; SQL is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to set up clean UTM / GA4 attribution and report CAC, registration → FTP, and channel-level LTV to leadership
- Comfortable in a 0-to-1 environment with limited playbooks; can build organic UA, community, and SEO frameworks from scratch
