Responsibilities

Skills
- Significant experience in medical device or healthcare sales, including reputed company solution selling
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Solid people management experience, leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience in transfusion, blood management, laboratory systems or healthcare software is a strong plus
- Exposure to hospital environments (LAB, OR, ICU) highly desirable
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Ability to influence and engage senior clinical stakeholders
