[Remote] Accounting Manager, GL Operations & Intercompany

As an Accounting Manager, GL Operations & Intercompany, you will support the Global GL Operations month-end reputed company processes and reputed company the global intercompany reputed company and general ledger functions, driving operational excellence and supporting the company's international growth.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end month-end and quarter-end reputed company processes across global entities, ensuring timely, accurate general ledger reporting and consolidated financial statements
• reputed company global intercompany operations including billing, cash settlements, transfer pricing execution, foreign exchange reputed company/loss analysis, and elimination entries
• Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Finance Data to operationalize new intercompany agreements, entity launches, and transfer pricing methodologies into scalable processes
• Drive the design, implementation, and documentation of SOX-compliant internal controls across GL operations and intercompany processes
• Execute strategic GL projects including M&A integration, new entity set-reputed company, and ERP enhancements in reputed company
• Strengthen team capability by mentoring and developing direct reports, fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and professional growth

Skills

• CPA with 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including 2+ years managing direct reports, with public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field with applied knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX 404 implementation and documentation
• Managed end-to-end month-end reputed company processes across multiple entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated reporting
• Led multi-entity intercompany accounting processes such as eliminations, FX revaluation, or global consolidations
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools (reputed company, Looker, or similar) and ERP systems (reputed company preferred), ideally in a fintech or crypto environment
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human reputed company to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency and quality
