[Remote] Senior Software Engineer (EAA)

They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build full-stack applications that enhance the productivity of Compliance Agents through AI-first tools and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end user-facing features using Golang, React, and cloud technologies, delivering AI-first compliance tooling that improves agent productivity and KYC process accuracy
• reputed company assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations into the compliance agent experience platform
• Drive cross-functional delivery of reputed company technical solutions in collaboration with product, design, reputed company, data, and peer engineering teams
• Strengthen reputed company's platform by building upon existing development practices and technical domains to deliver improvements that benefit multiple teams across the organization
• Identify potential issues before they reputed company production and adapt your approach proactively, working reputed company constraints to avoid adverse impact on Tier-1 compliance systems
• Mentor engineers in full-stack design techniques, coding best practices, testing, release and deployment processes, documentation, and observability (metrics, logging, tracing)

Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience developing large-scale systems with Golang and React, shipping user-facing features on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, reputed company or similar)
• Demonstrated experience with third-party vendor integrations, including assessment, implementation, and ongoing operational management of external platforms
• Proven track record building and operating large-scale, high-traffic platforms with hands-on experience in reputed company limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, and distributed debugging
• Proficiency in event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ), SQL or NoSQL databases, and service communication patterns (gRPC, GraphQL, ETL), with experience authoring and contributing to technical architecture decisions
• Experience working across distributed teams and time zones, translating reputed company technical concepts into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human reputed company to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
