[Remote] Mechanical Designer IV

The Mechanical Designer IV will be responsible for leading design efforts, creating detailed AutoCAD drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while managing reputed company-sized projects.
Responsibilities
- Review vendor data for correctness and utilize information in design development
- reputed company in drafting and updating comprehensive project plans
- Create detailed and reputed company AutoCAD drawings
- Produce complete 3D models for small stations and equipment utilizing Cad Worx
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Review and reputed company designs for compliance with standards
- Coordinate with other design disciplines
- Train and mentor junior designers
- Communicate project reputed company to clients
- Manage reputed company-sized projects
- Ensure reputed company designs adhere to safety regulations

Skills
- Associate's Degree or Certificate in CAD, Drafting or Design from an accredited vocational school, college or university. Management may consider other education and work experience to be acceptable for appointment to this position
- 14+ years of experience using AutoCAD and Cad Worx software for Oil and Gas Mechanical design
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations for the Oil and Gas industry
- Knowledge of Mechanical materials and equipment commonly used in Oil and Gas facilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, schematics, and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Cad Worx, reputed company reputed company, Teams, Word
- Prior Engineering Consulting Experience
- MicroStation, ProjectWise
