[Remote] Senior Strategy Healthcare Advisory Board Member

Alzheimer's Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) is seeking a Senior Strategy Healthcare Advisory Board Member to contribute to the Clinical Strategy Advisory Board. The role involves advising on governance frameworks, clinical program design, risk-based payment strategies, and digital health integration to enhance scalable, data-driven cognitive care.

Responsibilities

• Advise on governance frameworks, quality measurement, risk management, and outcomes accountability systems that can scale without sacrificing rigor
• Guide the standardization and replication of clinical programs across markets, including care pathway design, interdisciplinary team structures, and care transition frameworks that sustain quality at volume
• Provide guidance on risk-based payment alignment, payer strategy, risk stratification methodologies, and KPI frameworks spanning quality, utilization, and total cost of care
• Advise on digital health integration, AI-enabled decision support, regulatory strategy, and the governance infrastructure needed to scale precision medicine responsibly

Skills

• Executive with a track record in healthcare transformation, clinical operations, or health system growth
• Experience in scalable, data driven cognitive care
• Ability to apply enterprise thinking to healthcare challenges
• Advisory experience in clinical governance frameworks, quality measurement, risk management, and outcomes accountability systems
• Guidance on standardization and replication of clinical programs across markets
• Expertise in risk-based payment alignment, payer strategy, and risk stratification methodologies
• Knowledge of digital health integration, AI-enabled decision support, and regulatory strategy
