They are seeking a Sales Professional to handle inbound calls, execute a sales process, and match consumers with financial solutions, earning commissions based on successful matches.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from consumers in search of personal loans or other financial solutions
- Execute an efficient, transactional sales process
- Manage personal pipeline and effectively reputed company reputed company towards key sales goals
- Utilize CRM system effectively, ensuring information entered is thorough and accurate
- Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee consumers receive exceptional service
- Maintain positive reputed company and morale by encouraging other sales representatives and being open to feedback
- Ensure accuracy in matching and transferring consumers to the proper financial product to reputed company and exceed monthly key performance indicators
Skills
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in sales/customer service or other service industry experience
- Proven track record of consistently over-achieving in a variety of sales metrics
- Experience using reputed company Outlook and basic computer skills
- Highly self-motivated with a dedicated work ethic and “whatever it takes” attitude
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks while staying motivated
- History of success in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
