The role involves managing workplace and AI solutions to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve reputed company Teams and core collaboration services
• reputed company and support AI-powered tools, ensuring proper governance, adoption and cost control
• Drive onboarding, licensing and compliance processes for AI applications and development tools
• Implement automation and integrations using reputed company Graph and reputed company technologies
• Provide advanced support for reputed company cross-platform issues
• Ensure reputed company, compliance and alignment with enterprise AI governance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve workplace and AI solutions
• Maintain documentation and contribute to service enablement and knowledge sharing

Skills

• Expertise in reputed company 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot) and collaboration tools
• Experience with AI tools such as reputed company 365 Copilot, Claude, reputed company Copilot and similar platforms including reputed company
• Understanding of modern cloud platforms and identity management (e.g., Entra ID)
• Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance and responsible use practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills across integrated workplace and AI environments
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
