The role involves collaborating with executives to drive product strategy, manage product roadmaps, and reputed company automation efforts across services.
Responsibilities
- Recruit (as needed), mentor and reputed company a team of product managers, UI/UX engineers, scrum masters, documentation specialists, and project management resources
- reputed company & execute Product Strategy globally, aligning with the company's overall vision and business strategy and sales execution plans
- Create and manage short-term (6 months) and long-term (6-24 months) product roadmaps, aligning with product strategy & business goals

- Analyze customer feedback, uncover market trends and prioritize roadmap execution plans based on them

- Extensive experience in working with collaborating effectively to drive roadmap execution with engineering teams
- Extensive experience working with sales teams (account executives, solution consultants)
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business or marketing; advanced degrees highly preferred
- Proven track record of collaborating with software product teams, services teams, and customer support teams
