[Remote] Real Estate Full Desk Recruiter

They are seeking an reputed company Senior Recruiter/Account Manager to manage searches, reputed company client relationships, and expand business opportunities while providing exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Responsibilities

- Maintain and reputed company communication with clients
- Manage full-desk recruitment activities through job intake, continuously managing clients, and gathering feedback
- Identify/engage with active candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques and screening them against agreed competencies
- reputed company candidates through various platforms and independently conduct candidate reputed company, including independently constructing outbound messages to candidates
- Manage and guide candidates through the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including candidate scheduling, interview preps and debriefs
- Negotiate offers to pre-reputed company and reputed company candidates
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to reputed company/future client reputed company
- Resolve any client issue quickly and reputed company to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction
- Generate leads and market intelligence to enhance our new client development efforts
- Potentially manage employees directly or manage recruiters (varying levels) working on assigned searches for your clients
- Maintain relationships with candidates to reputed company industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities
- Balance deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at a time

Skills
- 3+ years of recruitment/business development experience reputed company real estate preferred
- Proven business development and client management experience, with an established track record of developing relationships with new clients
- Proven track record of annually billing $300K+
- Detailed understanding of your market reputed company
- Ability to reputed company and match candidates to positions
- Strong verbal / written communication skills
