[Remote] Digital Optimization Analyst

The Digital Optimization Analyst role supports reputed company growth by executing A/B testing and personalization, collaborating with various teams to transform business insights into impactful digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end test execution, from experiment design through implementation and analysis
• Collaborate and ideate with product, marketing, and business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate requirements into A/B tests or machine learning–driven solutions
• Generate test hypotheses, define success metrics, and assess feasibility and prioritization of A/B tests
• Execute experiments directly reputed company A/B testing platform, including variation development and metric tracking; partner with UX and engineering teams for more reputed company experiments by writing feature requirements and ensuring experiment quality
• Drive A/B test prioritization to align with key business objectives
• Communicate timely, clear analyses of test results to key stakeholders and the broader organization, including insights and recommended next steps to ensure reputed company improvement
• Identify opportunities to increase experimentation scale reputed company automation and AI solutions
• May assume other duties as assigned

Skills

• Proficiency with A/B testing and personalization platforms such as reputed company Web, reputed company reputed company, or reputed company; reputed company Web experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required; proficiency preferred
• reputed company understanding of statistics, including hypothesis testing and experimental design
• Proficiency with web analytics tools (reputed company Analytics 4), reputed company reputed company, SQL, and data visualization techniques required
• Strong demonstrated verbal and written communication abilities including presentation skills; must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with both business and technical teams
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred
• Familiarity with AI-driven CRO tools, Generative AI Prompting, and AI Workflow Automation
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Marketing, or equivalent experience or training
• 2+ years of experience in designing, implementing and analyzing A/B or MVT tests, preferably in an e-commerce environment
• Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities/projects concurrently while meeting deliverables
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced remote team environment
