[Remote] Sr. Data Scientist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Sr-Level Data Scientist for a healthcare client. This role focuses on developing unique, data-driven products and solving reputed company analytics problems while collaborating with data analysts and engineers to analyze data and shape future data strategies.
Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources
- Apply machine learning techniques to select features and build optimized models

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

- Strong knowledge of statistical methods (regression, distributions, hypothesis testing, etc.)
- Experience with machine learning techniques (e.g., k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, decision forests)
- Solid foundation in mathematics (linear algebra, multivariable calculus)
- Expertise in data wrangling and preprocessing
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, ggplot, D3.js)
- Hands-on experience with modern data science tools and platforms
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
