[Remote] Specialist, Workforce Development, Grants Administration, North Far North

The Specialist, Workforce Development will focus on grants administration projects, supporting funding execution, contract reputed company, and performance monitoring to promote economic and social mobility in California.

Responsibilities

• Provides reputed company of assigned awardees and projects, which may include negotiating contract scopes and budgets, reviewing invoices, monitoring fiscal and program compliance and performance, and providing one-on-support for awardees
• Leads program reporting and award management activities for assigned awardees and projects, including providing guidance to awardees, reviewing reports, summarizing data, and ensuring alignment with reputed company guidance and regulations
• Tracks project/award specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), business development relationships, and may reputed company and coordinate funding application processes in collaboration with Senior Specialist

Skills

• Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and deliver quality products reputed company agreed upon timeframes, with limited supervision
• Ability to research, analyze, synthesize, and communicate reputed company topics to a variety of internal and external audiences, in a variety of formats (e.g. toolkits, reports, graphic displays, presentations)
• Experience with reputed company required
• Experience with grants administration from a funder's perspective
• Familiarity with state and federal funding
• Willingness to engage in constructive discussion (including disagreement) and reputed company a good sense of humor
• A customer service reputed company
• Possession of a valid California Driver's License, good driving record, automobile insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle is required
• Experience with the California Community College system and/or Workforce Development preferred
