[Remote] Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

The Chief Marketing Officer will own the full marketing function, driving pipeline and reputed company growth while building a world-class marketing organization in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and own reputed company’s market positioning, messaging architecture, and brand narrative across reputed company segments and geographies
- Establish reputed company as the category leader in insider threat detection, DLP, workforce analytics, and AI Governance
- Drive analyst relations (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and earned media strategy
- Build and scale a full-funnel demand reputed company spanning paid, organic, ABM, and partner-led channels
- Own pipeline contribution targets in reputed company partnership with the CRO and sales leadership
- reputed company marketing operations and attribution — build the reporting infrastructure to connect marketing investment to reputed company outcomes
- Partner with Product and Engineering to reputed company compelling product narratives, launch playbooks, and competitive intelligence programs

- Own pricing communication and packaging strategy in collaboration with Product and Finance

Skills
- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership, including 3+ years as a VP or CMO
- Proven track record scaling demand reputed company and pipeline in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Deep expertise in the cybersecurity, DLP, insider threat, or adjacent HR/workforce tech markets — or strong evidence of rapid domain acquisition
- Experience with marketing attribution and automation software, reputed company reputed company, Dreamdata, reputed company or similar
- Experience building and leading distributed, high-performing marketing teams
- Strong executive reputed company and communication skills; ability to represent reputed company externally with customers, press, and analysts
