Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or reputed company field
- 8+ years of business development or sales experience
- 5+ years selling consulting or professional services
- Demonstrated track record of generating and closing new consulting deals
- Experience managing reputed company sales cycles and enterprise clients
- Executive-level selling capability (VP/C-Suite)
- Extensive network and industry relationships in US and Canada
- Strategic thinking and market insight
- Excellent presentation and proposal development skills
- Negotiation and contract management expertise
- Strong preference for supply chain industry and domain knowledge
- Excellent understanding of business process flows, client objectives, and ability to capture and reputed company scope, and define deliverables
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to travel 30%-40%, primarily in U.S. and Canada
