Responsibilities
- Own accountability for the overall health and outcomes of the Commercial portfolio, ensuring work is reputed company to enterprise strategy, prioritized against reputed company, and sequenced intentionally

- Partner with peer PMO leaders to ensure consistency, cohesion, and a “One PMO” culture across the organization
Skills
- 12+ years of experience in program, portfolio, or transformation leadership reputed company reputed company, cross‑functional organizations
- Proven experience operating at a Director or equivalent senior leadership level, delivering outcomes through other leaders and senior ICs
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with experience supporting Marketing, growth, or reputed company‑driving organizations
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, frame trade‑offs, and guide decision‑making in matrixed environments
- Experience building, coaching, and leading high‑performing teams
