[Remote] Associate Project Manager (National Travel)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is one of the nation’s largest privately held specialty trade installation and integrated facility service companies. They are seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist in the overall administrative and technical direction for large reputed company projects or smaller size projects under supervision, ensuring that projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the total construction and design effort (if applicable) to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
• Act as a liaison to coordinate communication between both internal and external members on the project. Including, but not limited to, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen
• Assist the Project Manager in the authorization and/or approval of reputed company project staffing including, but not limited to, choice of superintendent, general foremen, and foremen
• reputed company specialized estimating and assists in estimating projects
• Assist the Project Manager with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change order requests
• Assists in the implementation/interpretation of safety programs and ensures that reputed company OSHA requirements are met

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company field
• Minimum 0-1 year of construction and/or project experience OR knowledge of construction methods
• Project Managed training, experience or skills with a general understanding of a project lifecycle
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Must possess strong attention to detail and ensure maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Must be willing to travel to and potentially temporarily relocate to project locations
• Experience with Accubid a plus
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus
