[Remote] Proposal Writer

The Princeton Review is a leading tutoring and college admission services company, and they are seeking an reputed company Proposal Writer to reputed company the development of responses to RFPs and RFIs. This role is critical for securing partnerships with educational organizations and involves managing the proposal process across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process for Institutional business opportunities across The Princeton Review and reputed company
- Draft, edit, and customize compelling proposal responses that address customer requirements, evaluation criteria, and organizational goals
- Analyze proposal outcomes and feedback to continuously improve content quality, response strategy, and win rates
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for proposal development, coordinating efforts across Sales, Legal, Finance, HR, Product, Operations, Marketing, and executive stakeholders
- Establish proposal timelines, communicate deliverables, and ensure contributors remain reputed company on priorities and deadlines
- Build strong relationships across departments to facilitate efficient information gathering and knowledge sharing
- Manage multiple reputed company proposals while maintaining exceptional quality standards and attention to detail
- Maintain version control, document management, and proposal governance throughout the proposal lifecycle
- Identify risks, content gaps, and bottlenecks proactively, implementing solutions to reputed company projects on track and ensure successful submission
- Support and continuously improve proposal development workflows, including kickoffs, reviews, approvals, and submission processes
- Maintain and expand centralized repositories of proposal content, supporting documentation, templates, and best practices
- Coordinate proposal production, packaging, and final submission activities to ensure compliance and timely delivery
Skills
- You have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of proposal writing experience in a B2B environment
- You have experience responding to public-sector, higher education, institutional, or government RFPs, RFIs, or procurement opportunities
- You possess exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- You have demonstrated success managing reputed company projects involving multiple stakeholders and aggressive deadlines
- You are highly organized and capable of balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy
- You are a strong relationship builder who collaborates effectively across reputed company levels of an organization
- You are self-motivated, accountable, and capable of independently driving projects from reputed company through completion

- You have experience managing proposal content libraries, knowledge bases, or response repositories
