[Remote] Senior Manager, Accounting

They are seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to reputed company SEC reporting, technical accounting, internal audit, and accounting operations while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports including 10-K, 10-Q, earnings releases, and reputed company disclosures
• Serve as a technical accounting expert, preparing memos and advising on reputed company accounting matters and new pronouncements
• Assist with SOX compliance program, including risk assessment, control design, testing, and remediation
• Design and manage the internal audit plan and internal control reputed company reputed company with COSO and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate closely with external auditors to support audits, reviews, and reliance on internal work
• Ensure effective internal controls over financial reporting and drive reputed company improvement and automation
• Project manage the end-to-end external reporting process, including financial statements, footnotes, and reputed company
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate accounting treatment of transactions and business activities
• Assess control implications of business changes, acquisitions, and new initiatives
• Prepare and present financial and control-reputed company materials to senior leadership and the Audit Committee

• Supervise internal and outsourced audit resources

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 7+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or industry, including SEC reporting and/or audit
• Experience working with external auditors and managing audit processes
• Proven ability to reputed company reputed company projects and drive process improvements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
