[Remote] Global Marketing Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Indotronix Avani Group is seeking a Global Marketing Specialist for a 12-month remote position. This role is vital for executing global product initiatives, ensuring high-quality marketing materials, and delivering impactful educational programs and congresses worldwide.
Responsibilities

- Support coordination of product launches and lifecycle management activities
- Prepare materials for business reviews, strategic planning, and commercial programs
- Manage product-reputed company documentation, samples, and field support needs
- Coordinate development, review, and deployment of marketing and sales enablement assets reputed company with global campaigns

- Ensure strong brand consistency and compliance across regions

- Coordinate logistics including timelines, materials, shipping, and vendor management
- Ensure booth readiness and premium brand execution across international events
- Partner with regional teams to ensure alignment with global strategy
- Proactively identify risks and ensure seamless execution
Skills
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Marketing
- Minimum 2+ years of experience event planning
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a performance marketing-based role
- Minimum 5+ years of working with best-in-class reporting tools such as Tableau
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Contact Center technology
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, listening, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Experience with reputed company, Power BI
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred to effectively support international markets and cross-regional collaboration
- Experience working with Contact Center vendors preferred
