[Remote] Customer Service Broker - Personal Lines

They are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Broker to join their Insurance team, responsible for providing quality customer service, conducting renewal reviews, and liaising with insurers to maintain relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service and professional expert advice to clients
- Proactively conduct renewal reviews to ensure customer retention targets are met
- Handle outbound calls to existing clients for renewal review as necessary
- Liaison with insurers, building and maintaining relationships
- Administer, support and complete policy changes reputed company our company partner’s portals and websites
- Review policies and reputed company recommendations as required
- Adhere to the reputed company criteria set out by our broker partners
- Coordinate and follow up on client documents
- Respond to incoming calls and service customer needs
- Give claims advice to clients, report claims, follow up on claims
- Strong Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Skills
- Alberta level 1 licence required, Level 2 license preferred
- BC level 2 licence is a strong asset
- Minimum 2+ years of insurance experience
- Independent, ambitious and competitive
