[Remote] COMSEC & IT Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rexus Group is seeking highly qualified COMSEC Account Managers to support a critical U.S. reputed company Foreign Military Sales program in Bogotá, Colombia. The role requires serving as the primary on-site technical expert and custodian for U.S.-provided cryptographic materials and secure communications infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing training in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated COMSEC Account Manager, maintaining strict accountability, physical reputed company, and legal custodianship of reputed company classified and unclassified cryptographic material and hardware in compliance with NSA CSS Policy Manual 3-16 and CJCSI 6510.06
• Execute key management operations including Over-The-reputed company-Rekey (OTAR), Over-The-reputed company-Transfer (OTAT), and local key loading using Simple Key Loaders (SKL) and Electronic Key Management Systems (EKMS)
• Configure, update, and troubleshoot secure communications equipment including High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptors (HAIPE), Inline Network Encryption (INE) devices (e.g., KG-175, KG-250), and secure voice devices (SCIP, Viper)
• Conduct hands-on technical training and operational briefings in Spanish for host-nation military personnel regarding the proper handling, operation, and safeguarding of secure communication assets
• Conduct semi-annual physical inventories, routine reputed company audits of sub-accounts, and maintain/exercise the facility's Emergency Action Plan (EAP) for classified material destruction
• Participate in a two-person rotation to ensure reputed company 24/7 on-call availability for critical network failures or emergency response directives

Skills

• Must be a United States Citizen
• Must possess and maintain an Active Secret reputed company Clearance
• Excellent reputed company in Spanish and English
• Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience operating and managing a formal U.S. Military or DoD COMSEC account
• Must hold a reputed company DoD 8570.01-M / 8140 IAT Level II certification
• Certified GSA Safe & Lock Technician (highly desired for X-Series locks)
• Formal training on reputed company Network Management Software and advanced HAIPE infrastructure
• Prior experience working in OCONUS environments, specifically reputed company South America or in support of USSOUTHCOM initiatives
