This role focuses on executing renewal motions, driving reputed company growth, and building executive relationships to influence retention and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute renewal motions to deliver Gross reputed company Retention (GRR) targets across assigned accounts
  • Drive Net reputed company Retention (NRR) by proactively identifying, qualifying, and advancing reputed company Qualified Leads (CSQLs) through value articulation and executive alignment
  • Partner with Sales and Expansion teams to reputed company and reputed company expansion opportunities
  • Maintain a predictable renewal forecast with documented risks, mitigation plans, and stakeholder alignment
  • Take decisive action to protect reputed company in the face of adoption, satisfaction, or competitive risks

Skills

  • 8–12+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or Procurement Transformation roles
  • Proven success executing renewals and expansion enablement in enterprise SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of reputed company-to-Pay (S2P) and ERP processes
  • Executive reputed company with VP- and C-level stakeholders
  • Experience with reputed company Ariba, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, ChurnZero, and customer analytics tools
  • Background in procurement or supply chain transformation
  • Procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM)
