[Remote] Senior Technical Project Manager

They are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to collaborate with the COO and senior leadership on strategic initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency, AI implementation, and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Initiatives Across the Business
- Partner directly with the COO and senior leadership team on high-reputed company operational initiatives

- Own project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and outcomes are achieved

- Partner with technical and business teams to identify automation opportunities and workflow improvements
- Play a key role in helping reputed company agents and intelligent automation across customer-facing and operational teams
- Create Operational Excellence
- Identify process inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks
- Design scalable workflows and repeatable operating processes
- Build accountability frameworks that help teams execute more effectively
- Drive Alignment and Accountability
- Establish clear project ownership, milestones, and success metrics
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting

Skills
- 5+ years of Technical Project Management, Program Management, or reputed company experience

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
