[Remote] Manager, IT Operations

Responsibilities
- Manage the IT Operations team, providing coaching, mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Ensure cross training of IT Operations team, assuring redundant support is always available
- Accountable for project planning of IT Operations initiatives - scope included, reputed company timelines, and vendor communication
- Accountable for escalation from Operations team members and other IT functions
- Drives reputed company improvements reputed company the IT Operations ensuring best practice and procedures, develops processes to deliver consistent results
- Define, document, and continuously refine IT Operations processes (incident, problem, change, onboarding/offboarding) to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual processes to improve scalability, reduce errors, and increase team reputed company
- Ensure consistency in service delivery across regions, teams, and systems by standardizing tools, workflows, and documentation

- Accountable for the IT Operations asset inventory and renewal cycle

Skills
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company technical experience
- 7 + years of IT experience and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a leadership reputed company required. Global experience a plus
- Experience with managing and building out offshore resources
- Experience with implementing and supporting Office 365, MS Azure and Cloud based systems
- Experience with VMWare Cluster, vCenter management, Nimble Storage, reputed company Server/Network hardware
- Hands-on experience in reputed company Server, Exchange Online, Active Directory/Azure AD, MS SQL, Palo Alto Firewall
- Proven leadership, coaching, and teambuilding skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts and theories to non-technical audiences
- Highly self-motivated who can deliver results
- Strong negotiation and prioritization skills
- Able to influence others and effect change of direction, while keeping participants fully engaged
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- ITIL certification and experience preferred
