[Remote] Customer Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a dedicated, driven Customer Account Executive to join our remote reputed company team. In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts with a strong emphasis on reputed company expansion, skillfully navigating reputed company customer needs and negotiating commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a book of existing customers, driving account expansion, and long-term growth
- Partner with customers to reputed company and execute win-win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while strengthening trusted relationships
- Identify and map buying influencers, decision-makers, budgets, and purchasing criteria reputed company assigned accounts
- reputed company deep expertise in reputed company’s products & licensing models, enabling confident guidance during commercial discussions
- Proactively engage customers to uncover needs for consulting, implementation, and professional services
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers to reputed company discovery conversations, position solutions, and deliver product demonstrations for expansion opportunities
- Generate and qualify new opportunities reputed company assigned accounts through proactive prospecting and strategic reputed company
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
Skills
- Associate degree required
- 3–5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with expansion or account management focus
- Proven track record of driving expansion sales reputed company existing enterprise accounts, particularly reputed company public sector organizations
- Experience using reputed company to manage pipeline, forecast reputed company, and track customer engagement
- Excellent active listening, critical thinking, and reputed company-handling skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities

- Ability to travel multiple times per year
- Bachelor's degree preferred
