[Remote] Administrative Assistant

They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Clinical Supervisor while managing operations for their Skilled Nursing Facility Therapy division, including triaging inquiries and conducting audits.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the Clinical Supervisor(s) for reputed company therapy services
- Triage communications from reputed company therapy providers working in the WASNF program
- Conduct QA Audits of providers’ documentation in our EMR system
- Assist with CMS Audits
- Provide education and support to reputed company providers regarding operational and treatment standards
- Attend interdisciplinary meetings with the Clinical team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Nursing, Health Information Management or other clinical degree
- 2 years minimum experience in Behavioral Health Administration
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid processes for Behavioral Health procedures
- Knowledge of behavioral/medical terminology, therapy, pharmacology, and reputed company procedures
- Strong ability to build relationships with our therapy providers and the supervisory team
