[Remote] Principal Engineer

They are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to reputed company and coordinate multiple projects across cross-functional teams, focusing on developing efficient processes and ensuring timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Provide managerial and technical reputed company to one or more cross-functional engineering teams, including:
- Provide performance coaching and technical coordination
- Requirement clarification
- Identify development best practices
- Validate work accuracy and adherence to compliance controls
- Identify training needs and talent development opportunities
- Inter and cross-teams dependency coordination
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Collaborate with scrum master to deliver projects on time and reputed company budget
- Participate in release planning meetings
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role in an Agile environment
- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving reputed company problems
- Effective communication skills for overseeing engineers and working with other management personnel. Effective communications to reputed company team and business objectives
- Detail-oriented for understanding reputed company systems and the ability to pay attention to details
- Broad technical knowledge across relevant cross-functional tech domains – reputed company-end (Angular/Typescript), Backend (Kotlin), QA and QA automations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering fast-paced reputed company features/products
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organization teams to assemble project plans, secure commitments on deliverables, and reputed company the resolution of blocking issues
- People management experience, managing engineers

- Experience architecting and designing (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) new and existing systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company technical field (or equivalent)

- Experience building large scale distributed systems
