[Remote] UX Writer

The role involves creating clear and compelling UX writing across various digital platforms while collaborating with design, research, and product teams to enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, consistent, and compelling UX writing across our digital platforms, working closely with design, research, and product teams to craft exceptional user experiences through:
• Writing and optimizing content for web, email, mobile app, and other digital experiences
• Developing consistent voice and tone across reputed company channels
• Creating and maintaining UX writing and content design systems and standards
• Contributing to user research and content testing initiatives

Skills

• 4+ years of UX writing, content design, or reputed company digital content experience
• Bachelor's degree in UX Writing, Technical Writing, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX writing across multiple platforms and channels
• Experience writing for product interfaces, marketing communications, and transactional content
