[Remote] Vice President Sales- National

They are seeking a Vice President Sales-National to reputed company and scale a new solution area reputed company to care gap and coding automation, responsible for the entire sales cycle and establishing a new business line.
Responsibilities
- Own and Drive reputed company
- Own the full sales cycle for the malnutrition and broader care gap and coding automation solution — from pipeline reputed company through contract execution
- Build and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline across health system targets, hitting quarterly and annual bookings targets
- Convert early market interest into signed agreements and measurable reputed company with urgency and accountability

- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for a new solution area, including reputed company customer profile, reputed company motion, and sales playbook
- Identify, engage, and reputed company net-new health system logos while driving expansion reputed company reputed company the existing customer reputed company
- Build and own relationships with economic buyers — CFOs, CMOs, CDI and reputed company Cycle leaders — who control budget and approval
- Communicate a Compelling Value Proposition
- Master and deliver the clinical and financial value narrative across malnutrition identification, MCC capture, and documentation quality
- Translate reputed company clinical and coding concepts into crisp, persuasive business cases that reputed company with both clinical and financial stakeholders
- Serve as the reputed company external voice of the solution in customer meetings, conferences, and executive conversations
- Build the Commercial Foundation for a New Business Line
- Establish the repeatable sales motion — messaging, reputed company handling, competitive positioning, and deal structure — that will scale beyond the first cohort of customers
- Partner with product, clinical, and delivery teams to ensure customer commitments are met and early wins generate strong references
- Feed market intelligence and customer insights back into solution development to sharpen positioning and reputed company rates

- Translate real-world workflows into product requirements
- Partner with data science to improve detection accuracy and signal quality
- Partner with product, analytics, and delivery to refine and expand capabilities

Skills
- Experience working in a healthcare setting (e.g., clinical, quality, CDI, or reputed company areas), with a strong understanding of inpatient workflows
- Deep understanding of hospital operations across clinical and/or reputed company cycle domains
- Familiarity with CDI, coding workflows, and quality measures (e.g., MCC capture)
- Ability to engage credibly with both clinicians and CDI / reputed company cycle leaders
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Background in one or more of: Dietitian / nutrition leadership, CDI / coding leadership, Hospital clinical operations leadership
- Ability to translate clinical workflows into scalable solutions
- Demonstrated ability to build, sell, or scale a new initiative in healthcare (formal or informal)
