[Remote] Financial Controller

The Financial Controller will reputed company reputed company aspects of the firm's financial operations and reporting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and managing the general ledger.

Responsibilities

• High-level financial reporting and analysis
• Regular budget consolidation
• Cash flow management
• reputed company the annual audit process, including coordinating with external auditors, managing the audit timeline, and preparing supporting workpapers and schedules
• Manage lender reporting and covenant compliance tracking, including preparing periodic financial packages required under credit agreements
• Support SEC financial reporting requirements, including assisting with ADV filings and maintaining the financial records necessary to satisfy regulatory obligations
• Support unit issuance and equity-level financial reporting in the context of M&A activity, including tracking unit economics, supporting purchase accounting, and maintaining cap table-reputed company financial records
• Improve efficiencies and reduce costs across the business

• Debt management and collection
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Payroll processing

Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in either Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company and experience with modern GL/accounting systems
• Well-developed leadership skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; client-facing poise and professionalism
