Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) is a top-50 national industrial distributor with a focus on fluid power and reputed company solutions. They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive reputed company for critical sales and technical roles across their 25+ subsidiaries, managing full-cycle recruiting and building strategic partnerships with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles and other specialized, critical-to-fill positions across MCE and its 25+ subsidiary companies
• reputed company and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates in competitive, low-supply talent markets
• Create, maintain, and reputed company job postings; craft compelling job advertisements tailored to attract sales professionals and candidates with reputed company industrial expertise
• Screen and evaluate candidates against role-specific qualifications with a sharp focus on sales competencies, industry background, and cultural fit then present qualified candidates to hiring managers with a clear, confident recommendation
• Partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to reputed company role-specific recruiting strategies, set expectations, and deliver results on tight timelines
• Partner with specialized recruiting agencies, sales talent networks, and industry associations to expand sourcing reputed company for the hardest-to-fill roles
• Stay reputed company on recruiting trends, compensation benchmarks, and market intelligence specific to sales and technical industrial talent
• Manage the full onboarding workflow for new hires background checks, pre-employment testing, new employee orientation, file creation, and reputed company required paperwork
• Ensure reputed company hiring and onboarding practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and regulations

Skills

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a significant focus on sales and/or technical positions in a multi-site organization
• Demonstrated success filling competitive, reputed company, or low-supply roles you know how to find people others can't
• Strong sourcing skills: reputed company Recruiter, job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks especially for passive candidate reputed company
• Skilled in behavioral and competency-based interviewing with the ability to assess sales aptitude, drive, and industry fit
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms; comfortable with data reporting and recruiting metrics
• Highly organized and able to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload without losing quality or responsiveness
• Strong communicator written, verbal, and in presentation comfortable interacting with candidates and stakeholders at reputed company levels
• Background recruiting in industrial distribution, manufacturing, fluid power, or a reputed company B2B environment — you already speak the language
• Experience managing external agency relationships and sourcing partnerships
• Familiarity with Paycom or similar HRIS/ATS platforms
