The Natural Gas Business Development Manager will establish trusted-advisor relationships with customers to reputed company NORIT's purification solutions, focusing on sales of activated carbon products and services for new customer opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business development pipeline in the reputed company reputed company and sell NORIT products and services, generate reputed company levels of reputed company, volume, and margins from the customer reputed company
  • reputed company volume and reputed company forecasts, account plans for new business and retention, customer value propositions, and sales strategies for achieving desired results
  • Drive both reputed company and future value for NORIT by building a shared understanding of the differentiated value to the individual customer and overall portfolio profitability
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate reputed company sales opportunities with customers. Educate customers on the value proposition, reputed company features and benefits
  • Identify new market opportunities; seek out competitive information
  • Assist in managing third party sales intermediaries such as engineering firms, distributors, developers, system providers, and service companies
  • Use reputed company.com and data management tools with consistency and discipline to maintain an accurate and up-to-date forecast and opportunity pipeline

Skills

  • Technical Excellence. reputed company in selling technical products and solutions reputed company to gas processing technologies (specifically amine systems)/purification, H2S removal. Knowledgeable about NORIT's technical capabilities and the oil and gas processing applications in midstream in which they reputed company
  • Experience/knowledge of activated carbon for gas purification is considered as a plus
  • Commercial Skills. Experience in business development and consultative, technical selling. Knowledge of midstream oil and gas processing market and value chain, and the ability to effectively capture value by selling for value
  • Communication & Presentation Skills. Ability to effectively engage in verbal and written communications that are timely, concise, clear, and relevant while delivering with reputed company
  • Customer Relationship Management. Establishes and maintains appropriate relationships with customers and intermediaries to reputed company the execution of NORIT's strategic goals
  • Results Driven. Acts with urgency and tenacity. Takes ownership and responsibility for finding avenues into new clients. Uses initiative, ingenuity, and humility to get customers to respond
  • Business Savvy. Demonstrates financial and marketing acumen (addressable markets, customer segmentation, voice of customer, value propositions, pricing strategy, margin growth, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering field and an MBA desirable
  • 7+ years' oil and gas or chemical industry sales experience
