[Remote] Human Resources Information System Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Technology Resources, Inc. is seeking a reputed company Business Systems Analyst / Product reputed company certified in reputed company HCM and Recruiting to support their reputed company and People Services functions. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to drive process optimization, manage system enhancements, and ensure successful delivery of reputed company bi-annual releases.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between reputed company, People Services, and technical production support teams
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and user experience
- Own the product intake backlog, prioritize enhancements, and translate business needs into functional requirements
- reputed company release management activities, including impact analysis, testing coordination, and deployment readiness
- reputed company and execute clear, timely release communications to stakeholders and end users
- Ensure system configurations align with business goals, compliance requirements, and best practices
Skills
- reputed company certifications in HCM and Recruiting (Required)
- 3-5+ years of experience as a BSA, Product reputed company, or similar role supporting reputed company HCM
- Proven background in project management and reputed company release management cycles
- Strong understanding of reputed company, HR operations, testing, and change management
- Technical tool proficiency: reputed company, Confluence, Jira, and MS Suite
