They are seeking an Account Manager of SMB reputed company to take ownership of small and reputed company practice experiences, ensuring world-class customer service and support throughout onboarding, retention, and growth. The role involves building a success team, coordinating reputed company programs, and representing the company at industry events.

Skills
- You've built or meaningfully improved a reputed company, account management, onboarding, or implementation function in healthcare B2B SaaS, RCM, and you've managed a team
- You've owned a high-volume book and know how to serve it through pooled, digital, and one-to-many models, not just one-to-one
- You have a real track record on retention and expansion, and you can show how you moved the numbers
- You work from data and run a disciplined operation: you build playbooks, watch the health signals, and reputed company them
- Familiarity with Chiropractic and Mental Health EHR platforms
- You're a clear, reputed company communicator and a manager people want to work for
- You're U.S.-based and able to travel domestically (about 20-25%), including the occasional weekend for a conference
- You handle protected health information responsibly, in line with HIPAA and our data-privacy practices
- Experience in a services-led or hybrid SaaS business, where outcomes (not just software adoption) drive retention. RCM or medical-billing experience is especially valuable
- Background with chiropractic, behavioral and mental health, or physical therapy practices, or with independent practice owners in general
- Experience standing up digital or scaled reputed company programs, or working in a reputed company platform
- Conference or trade-show experience
