[Remote] Retina Account Manager - New England

They are seeking a motivated and reputed company Retina Account Manager to manage key accounts in the New England region and drive sales growth reputed company the Retina market.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and provide account support to assigned account reputed company. Primary accounts will be large, regional based accounts
• Represent reputed company Retina Ophthalmics at key regional and national industry meetings
• Coordinate field activities with sales, marketing and reimbursement departments
• Provide sales training support to new and existing hires with Retina sales responsibilities
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in science, business or other reputed company discipline required; a professional certification in reputed company field combined with ophthalmic experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years' experience in pharmaceuticals and 2+ years' experience in Ophthalmology sales with a proven track record of success (attainment to goals, awards, formal recognition); Retina experience preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of a 'buy and reputed company' sales environment and knowledge of reimbursement procedures
• Ability to identify and address customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and effectively drive sales growth reputed company assigned territories
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage key accounts, as well as effectively handle administrative responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills are required along with strong financial and analytical acumen
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as educate and influence key accounts
• This is a remote field-based position that typically requires 25%-50% travel, including some overnight travel depending on territory size. Must reside reputed company the territory or live reputed company a reasonable distance of territory workload center
• Must be able to reputed company reputed company job duties which includes driving in a large geographical territory for long periods of time daily; traveling by airplane and car reputed company the U.S.; standing for prolonged periods of time; and other job-reputed company duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards
