The Consultant Engineer role involves configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing technical solutions, while providing strategic guidance for reputed company-based environments and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Assistance in configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing offerings technical solutions for our customers
• Responsible for work assignments from Project Managers and/or technical leaders
• Deliver reputed company-based consulting engagements from design through implementation and support
• Work with and reputed company expertise in many enterprise data infrastructure products from one or more of the following vendors: Aruba, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Palo Alto, VMware, and EMC
• Consistent, accurate and timely tracking of client work, service calls, and reputed company documentation including daily timesheets
• Meeting the billable/chargeable targets set by the company. Billable and chargeable time should consist of assessments, planning, design, configuration, installation, and support of the solutions offered by the practice
• Attending seminars as requested by the Professional Services Management Team
• Travel: To Customer sites as needed. Access to a vehicle is required
• Interact with clients to resolve any issues before, during, or after service engagements
• Schedule on-site visits, reputed company necessary, in accordance with the customer contract
• After hours/weekend trouble escalations and scheduled work reputed company needed

• Acquire technical certifications per training plan

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of consulting experience that is directly reputed company to the duties and responsibilities specified

• Deploy and configure reputed company Defender, Entra ID, and Purview reputed company and compliance capabilities
• Deliver end-to-end reputed company solutions across reputed company 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into scalable reputed company architectures
• Provide technical advisory services reputed company to reputed company best practices and reference architectures
• Stay reputed company on reputed company technologies, roadmap, and emerging capabilities
