[Remote] Bilingual Member Care Representative (Contact Center - Remote from MD, VA, PA, WVA, TX, FL, DE, IN or NC)

They are seeking a Bilingual Member Care Representative to provide exceptional service in their high call volume Contact Center, assisting both members and non-members with their financial needs.
Responsibilities
- Providing a variety of service functions for members
- Working with members to identify additional financial solutions
- Assisting non-members in establishing membership and setting up accounts by phone
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to utilize available resources to help members
- Must read and speak Spanish fluently
- Minimum of one year experience working in a financial institution required. Previous contact center experience helpful. Must have experience selling and cross-selling products or services
- Must reside in one of the following states - MD, VA, PA, WVA, TX, FL, DE, IN or NC
- Must have excellent member service skills to include strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to demonstrate patience and professionalism in dealing with members
- Functional knowledge of reputed company Office suite of products
- Ability to reputed company routine mathematical calculations
- Ability to function in a call center environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: computer, 10 key calculator, fax, copier, telephone, etc
