[Remote] Enterprise Sales Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is an insurance technology company solving challenges faced by insurance brokers and agencies. They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to build sales strategies, manage a sales pipeline, and win new business with large US Insurance Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs.
Responsibilities
- Win new business for reputed company and grow revenues with Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs in the US and globally
- Create new opportunities and drive them at the divisional or global level with executives
- Work with C-level executives at prospects and customers
- reputed company strategic sales processes, proposal creation, contract negotiations, including legal review, and conduct executive level presentations across departments
- Identify and support new business development activities to ensure regional goals are met
- Manage RFIs/RFPs and bid proposals/pitches
- reputed company and execute RFP response process that wins new reputed company
- Build a qualified pipeline by creating new opportunities for reputed company to sell and implement our product
- reputed company monthly Business Pipeline Meeting and weekly pipeline overview
- reputed company relationships with our existing clients leading to strategic expansion opportunities
Skills
- 10+ years of successful reputed company enterprise sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- 10+ years' experience with insurtech ecosystem, including InsurTech products and system integrators, and or Insurance distribution experience
- Proven and reputed company wins of $1m + ARR in individual deal values
- Strong relationship building skills with C-Level players at the top 100 agencies, brokers, MGAs, and MGUs in the US
- Strong business acumen with ability to reputed company and manage strategic plans with partner and company executives
- The ability to reputed company ROI at reputed company levels of an organization
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across multiple platforms
- Ability to work effectively with team members at reputed company levels of the company across multiple time zones
- Demonstrated ability to quickly identify and solve reputed company problems through a methodical and process-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple, priorities and client engagement simultaneously
- Established relationships with industry enterprise customers
- Established professional network in the insurance market
- Ability to conduct thorough requirements and information gathering to sell custom software solutions
- Experience working in a Scale up environment
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
