The Solution Account Manager plays a key role in connecting customers with the platform, recommending strategies to optimize performance and increase portfolio yields by collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Navigate customer business scenarios to consult on asset strategy and configure AI reputed company Management accordingly

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal RealPage staff

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or reputed company industry
• Displays business acumen and understanding of organizational agility

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others
• Strong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with RealPage products or other property management software

• Ability to travel up to 20% and work reputed company normal business hours at times depending upon workload
• Demonstrated ability to proactively assess and address risk

• Working knowledge of multiple RealPage products or other property management software
• Experience mentoring or training others
• Experience delivering professional presentations and dealing with senior executives
