Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for one or more core platform capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and product teams to deeply understand technical needs and business context
- Drive requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization for foundational services and systems
- Translate reputed company business and technical concepts into clear product narratives and development plans
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, observable, and supportable from day one
- Define KPIs and success metrics for platform adoption, performance, and efficiency
- Build alignment across stakeholders, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform vision
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 + yrs of experience in Product Management
- 3 + Years Healthcare industry experience
- Master's in healthcare or technology reputed company field
- PO/PM Certification
- Pragmatic Marketing Certification
- Experience in Payment reputed company Solutions
