[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative to generate qualified meetings for the sales team by reaching out to healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers and key decision-makers
- Execute outbound reputed company reputed company email, phone, and reputed company
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand needs, challenges, and fit
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Conduct initial discovery of leads that are interested in speaking with the Sales team
- Maintain accurate activity and reputed company records in CRM (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, healthcare or adjacent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and rejection
- Highly organized with good time-management skills
- Coachable, curious, and has a growth reputed company
- Adaptable and creative approach to fast changing environments
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in healthcare, technology, and startup culture
- Previous BDR/SDR or inside sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company etc.)
- Experience selling or working in healthcare or SaaS
