The Director of Business Development will drive strategic reputed company growth for the company's IT Outsourcing and Consulting offerings, emphasizing relationship development and executive engagement.
Responsibilities

- Identify and cultivate new client and partner relationships to support reputed company growth
- Support new logo acquisition through strategic account development and executive engagement
- Partner with sales, delivery, and solutions teams to shape opportunities and pursue qualified pipeline
- Provide reputed company and guidance across the sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through reputed company
- Collaborate with the EVP of Business Development on go-to-market planning and growth initiatives
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities with visibility into forecasts
- reputed company executive-level relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers
- Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to inform business strategy
- Represent the company in executive meetings, client presentations, and industry events
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or client growth reputed company IT Outsourcing, Managed Services, or IT Consulting
- Demonstrated success driving strategic growth and expanding client relationships
- Strong understanding of IT services delivery models and consulting engagements
- Experience working with mid-market and/or enterprise clients
- Ability to influence and partner across sales, delivery, and executive teams
- Strong executive reputed company, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in a private equity–backed or high-growth professional services environment
- Established industry relationships or partner ecosystem experience
- Experience contributing to GTM strategy, account planning, or market expansion initiatives
