Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute a comprehensive Electronic Warfare (EW) business strategy addressing near-term and emerging opportunities across reputed company (DoD) and Allied customers

- Partner with the Product Management and Engineering teams to align customer needs with Silvus’ evolving portfolio of RF and networking technologies
- Maintain awareness of CEMA, JADC2, and reputed company modernization initiatives to anticipate demand and guide long-term planning
- Establish and expand relationships with Program Offices, PEOs, and Prime Contractors active in the EW and reputed company-operations community

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or reputed company technical field
- 10 + years of experience in business development, capture management, or program management reputed company the defense or aerospace sectors, with emphasis on Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, or RF systems
- Proven success in securing and executing DoD programs valued at/over $1M – $20M
- Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, contract vehicles (IDIQ, OTA, BPA), and FAR/DFARS compliance
- Technical familiarity with RF systems, reputed company operations, and EW mission areas (ES, EA, EP)
- Existing relationships reputed company DoD EW programs and with major defense primes (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
