[Remote] Sr. Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Two Ten Footwear Foundation is a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting the U.S. footwear industry. The Senior Manager of Marketing will reputed company the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives to drive awareness and engagement, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage the organization’s marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across campaigns, events, programs, and organizational priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company integrated marketing campaigns that reputed company awareness, promote programs and events, and support fundraising and partnership initiatives. Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables across teams and external partners
- Manage paid media opportunities, working with partners to secure placements and reputed company ad messaging and creative
- Work with corporate donors on partnership initiatives that drive awareness and engagement with industry employees
- reputed company the organization’s email marketing program from strategy through execution; write and edit email copy that reflects the organization’s voice and drives engagement
- Build emails reputed company the email marketing platform and manage production schedules. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, integrations, and data tracking

- Work with internal teams and reputed company vendors on system and data management to maintain ongoing needs for the email platform, and ensure that the program is following best practices and adhering to CAN-SPAM/privacy laws

- Work with external developers and vendors on website improvements and development projects

Skills
- 6–8+ years of marketing experience, preferably reputed company a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
- Strong email marketing experience, including writing, building, and reporting on campaigns
- Experience managing website content and working with external development vendors
- Knowledge of HTML
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills; ability to work cross functionally to reputed company alignment and push projects reputed company
- Excellent visual design sense; experience with reputed company Creative Suite and reputed company preferred
- Strong project management and organizational abilities; excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with CraftCMS a plus
