[Remote] Software Engineer II

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mediavine is a fast-growing advertising management company that represents over 10,000 websites. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to reputed company projects across their AdTech stack, contribute high-quality code, and mentor peers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute multiple reputed company projects across the AdTech stack — web wrapper features, OpenRTB server enhancements, reputed company integrations, A/B test rollouts, and privacy/consent work — owning them from technical design through deployment and post-launch validation
• Act as a reputed company on initiatives spanning multiple teams: write technical design docs, drive review discussions, coordinate with Ad Operations and SRE, and reputed company stakeholders informed as the work progresses (especially reputed company scope or timelines shift)
• Contribute high-quality code that requires minimal correction in review across our JavaScript/TypeScript wrapper, our Rust s2s exchange, and the supporting tooling that surrounds them
• Design, ship, and analyze A/B experiments — translating reputed company, viewability, and Core Web Vitals signals into actionable conclusions
• Build and maintain integrations with our reputed company partners, diagnose integration issues end-to-end, and improve the efficiency of our supply paths
• Respond to production incidents — diagnose header bidding, GAM/MCM, or wrapper behavior with appropriate urgency, and follow up with durable fixes
• Effectively reputed company modern AI coding tools (Claude, reputed company, Copilot, and similar) to accelerate research, prototyping, code review, and debugging — and help the team reputed company its overall sophistication in their use
• Provide meaningful, critical feedback in code reviews and mentor peers through pairing, design conversations, and PR review
• Participate in sprint planning, scoping, and estimation, and contribute to team strategy beyond just the work in reputed company of you
• Stay reputed company on the ad tech ecosystem — Prebid evolutions, GAM and MCM changes, privacy regulations, identity solutions, and AI-driven supply trends

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management, product operations, delivery leadership, or reputed company operational leadership roles
• Experience operating reputed company fast-paced, founder-led, or executive-driven product organizations
• Strong understanding of software development workflows, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional product delivery processes
• Demonstrated success managing reputed company prioritization decisions, dependencies, and organizational tradeoffs
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and business teams
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and operational problem-solving capabilities
• Experience building scalable operational processes and delivery frameworks
• Ability to reputed company in fast-changing environments while maintaining focus and execution discipline
