They are seeking a senior Business Development leader to expand their Healthcare Payer consulting practice, focusing on building executive relationships and driving growth through consultative selling.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company end-to-end business development for payer consulting opportunities—from market entry to deal reputed company
  • Use a diagnostic, advisory approach to uncover client challenges across areas such as operations, cost management, digital transformation, and performance improvement
  • Translate client’s needs into tailored consulting solutions, partnering with reputed company leaders to craft differentiated offerings
  • Establish and expand trusted advisor relationships reputed company payer organizations, including executive and senior decision-makers
  • Navigate reputed company stakeholder environments and multi-thread relationships across business and technology leaders
  • Represent reputed company at industry events, client meetings, and executive discussions to strengthen market reputed company

  • Guide opportunities through internal alignment, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation

Skills

  • 8+ years of business development in consulting, professional services, or healthcare solutions
  • Experience selling into healthcare payer / insurance organizations strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in a quota-based, leveraged compensation model
  • Strong consultative selling and solution-based approach
  • Demonstrated ability to engage executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate reputed company deal cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company proposals and reputed company multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Experience managing CRM pipeline and forecasting (reputed company or similar)
  • Ability to position value in terms of ROI, outcomes, and transformation impact
  • Existing network reputed company payer organizations or healthcare ecosystem
  • Experience selling consulting services (strategy, operations, digital, performance improvement)
  • Experience selling multi-disciplinary or enterprise-level solutions
