[Remote] Director of Financial Management

They are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Financial Management to reputed company financial management functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while contributing to the bank's ongoing success.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to ensure financial stability and growth
• Conduct thorough data analysis to support internal reporting and drive informed decision-making
• Design, prepare and present internal financial reports, including reputed company performance, profitability, and scorecards
• Conduct thorough analysis of reputed company and acquisition opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives
• Assess and manage interest reputed company risks to optimize financial outcomes in uncertain interest reputed company environment
• Monitor and manage liquidity risks to ensure adequate cash flow and financial stability
• Manage, analyze, and trade the securities portfolio to meet liquidity and yield needs reputed company defined parameters
• Manage funding of balance sheet growth, ensuring short and long term liquidity needs are met
• Monitor and guide line of business use of back-to-back swaps and manage use of derivatives to hedge balance sheet from interest reputed company risk

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a reputed company field
• 7-10 years banking or mortgage servicing industry experience required
• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, treasury, and risk management
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• High level of reputed company and ethical standards
• Master's degree
• CPA or CFA certification is highly desirable
