[Remote] Account Executive

They are seeking a Growth Sales Account Executive to manage existing customer accounts and drive retention and expansion through effective communication and strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a territory of 60-100 existing reputed company Customers through the customer lifecycle of ongoing renewal and expansion by running business value justification meetings, navigating reputed company procurement processes and negotiating timely renewals with expansion
- Possesses strong business acumen to understand business case fundamentals, with the ability to both capture and reputed company ROI to the C-Suite and internal leadership (in line with skills as a RM)
- Effectively network and expand relationships with executives and senior business sponsors to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding and executing against the customer’s business goals and objectives
- Accurately forecast projected reputed company attainment to sales management, on a weekly basis
- Recognize and escalate difficult technical or business issues reputed company Sales, Customer Support, and any other parts of organization, to work a solution which results in reputed company sales closure and optimal customer satisfaction
- Take a proactive approach in growing software usage and enabling reputed company through product education, new feature introduction, use-case development, account review, escalated support needs, or other reputed company opportunities
- reputed company the full reputed company Alliances and Channels Ecosystem to execute on GTM Plans, driving pre-sales, sales, retention, expansion and customer enablement capabilities through co-sell and re-sell motions
- Expected to maintain a 3X pipeline coverage, a monthly forecast, and consistently reputed company quarterly quotas
- 25% travel expected in the role visiting customer offices and internal conferences and meetings
Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales role
- 2+ years B2B software/SaaS sales experience
- Excellent knowledge of value-driven sales
- Demonstrated strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to reputed company resolutions
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with experience in building strong relationships with wide variety of personas such as business users, management, IT, and executive level
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership by tackling problems and taking independent action
- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills and ability to influence and effectively navigate objections to reputed company win-win customer outcomes
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred
