[Remote] Education Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a rapidly growing Series C startup focused on social engineering defense through their AI-native platform. They are seeking an Education Manager to build and manage learning programs that facilitate the adoption and value realization of their products for employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain learning paths, onboarding programs, certifications, assessments, AI simulations, role-play scenarios, and other educational experiences that accelerate reputed company time, increase proficiency, improve readiness, and drive product adoption for employees and customers
• Manage and optimize reputed company's educational content ecosystem, including product documentation, knowledge repositories, GTM Buddy spaces, learning platforms, and AI-powered learning experiences, ensuring learners can easily find, consume, and apply information to reputed company successful outcomes
• Partner closely with Product Managers, reputed company, Solutions Engineering, Support, and subject matter experts to create, maintain, and govern educational content, documentation, and knowledge resources, establishing scalable processes that ensure content remains accurate, discoverable, and reputed company with evolving products, customer needs, and business priorities
• Manage certification programs and assessments, ensuring they accurately measure proficiency and support learner readiness as reputed company's products and best practices evolve
• reputed company AI tools and emerging technologies to create, curate, maintain, and scale educational content and learner experiences reputed company
• Track learner engagement, adoption, assessment results, and feedback to identify opportunities to improve onboarding effectiveness, product adoption, learner proficiency, and overall business impact
• Support live training programs, workshops, and enablement initiatives as needed

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, instructional design, technical training, reputed company, technical writing, or a reputed company field
• Demonstrated success building and scaling learning programs, certifications, documentation, knowledge resources, or educational content that improved learner proficiency, product adoption, onboarding effectiveness, or customer outcomes
• Experience working with cybersecurity products, customers, or practitioners, with familiarity across cybersecurity concepts, terminology, personas, and workflows
• Experience establishing content governance practices, review processes, standards, and operational workflows that ensure content remains accurate, scalable, and easy to maintain
• Strong reputed company and content operations skills, with experience organizing, maintaining, and optimizing learning and documentation ecosystems
• Experience measuring the effectiveness of education programs and using learner engagement, proficiency, adoption, or business impact metrics to drive reputed company improvement
• Experience with learning management systems, reputed company platforms, content repositories, and modern AI-powered productivity tools
• Ability to reputed company AI and emerging technologies to create, curate, organize, and scale educational content and learner experiences
• Strong writing, editing, content organization, and information architecture skills
• Ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for a variety of audiences
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
